Acceptance of Terms
By using the "Suit me up" website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or
use the website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time, and the most current
version will always be posted on the website. If a revision, in our sole
discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access or use
the website after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the
revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the

User Content
By uploading pictures to the "Suit me up" website, you represent and warrant
that you have the legal right to do so and that the pictures do not infringe
the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your pictures, but
you grant "Suit me up" a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and
transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your
pictures in connection with the operation of the website.
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or
obscene. "Suit me up" reserves the right to remove any user content that
violates these terms or that we believe is otherwise objectionable. However,
"Suit me up" does not guarantee that any user content will be removed, and
we are not responsible for any user content posted by users of the website.
You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments, or suggestions you
provide to "Suit me up" regarding the website or our services will become
our sole property, and we may use such feedback, comments, or suggestions in
any manner we see fit, without any obligation to compensate you.
Age Requirement
To use the "Suit me up" website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By
using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years
of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the website, and
you may not upload any pictures to the website.
If we become aware that a user of the website is under 18 years of age, we
will promptly delete any pictures uploaded by that user and terminate the
user's account. If you believe that we have collected personal information
from a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at
pro@alexandre-grisey.fr so that we can take appropriate action.
We reserve the right to request proof of age from any user of the website
and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who does not provide
such proof upon request.
User Conduct
By using the "Suit me up" website, you agree to comply with all applicable
laws and regulations. You also agree not to engage in any of the following
prohibited activities:
Uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or
obscene.
Using the website for any commercial purpose or solicitation without our

avatars of persons wearing suits using artificial intelligence. You may not
use the website for any other purpose, including commercial purposes,
without our prior written consent.
You acknowledge that Suit Me Up doesn't offer any refund.
You acknowledge that the website may be subject to interruptions, errors,
and other issues, and that we do not guarantee the availability,
reliability, or quality of the website. We reserve the right to modify,
suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without prior notice.
You agree that your use of the website is at your own risk. We will not be
liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or in
connection with your use of the website, including any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to monitor and review any user content uploaded to the
website, but we are not obligated to do so. We may remove any user content
that we believe violates these terms or any applicable law or regulation, or
for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights

software, are the property of "Suit me up" or its licensors and are

reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content or materials on
the website without our prior written consent.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed
upon by any user content uploaded to the website, please contact us at

content and your contact information. We will investigate and take
appropriate action as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, "Suit me up" and its
affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or
exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits,
goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in
connection with your use of the "Suit me up" website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to
you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of
the website will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the
website.
You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in
these terms of service are reasonable and reflect the allocation of risk
between the parties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
Indemnification

directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any
and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt,
and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from or relating to:
(a) Your use of and access to the "Suit me up" website;
(b) Your violation of these terms of service;
(c) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation
any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
(d) Any claim that your user content caused damage to a third party.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration
of these terms of service and your use of the "Suit me up" website. We
reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter
subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with
us in asserting any available defenses.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the "Suit me up"
website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms of
service.
Upon termination of your access to the "Suit me up" website, your right to
use the website will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms of
service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty
disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may also terminate or suspend your access to the "Suit me up" website for
inactivity, which we define as failing to log into the website for an
extended period, as determined by us. Upon termination or suspension for
inactivity, your account will be deactivated, and you will be required to
re-register to access the website.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the
"Suit me up" website. All provisions of these terms of service which by
their nature should survive termination shall survive termination,
including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers,
indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service shall be governed and construed in accordance with
the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms of
service or the "Suit me up" website shall be brought exclusively in a court
of competent jurisdiction in France, and each party hereby consents to the
jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these terms of service is held by a court or other
tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable
for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum
extent such that the remaining provisions of the terms of service will
continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms of service will
not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These terms of service, together with the privacy policy and any additional
agreements or policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the
entire agreement between you and "Suit me up" and supersede all prior
agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the
subject matter hereof.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these
terms of service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at
least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes
a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the "Suit me up" website after any revisions
become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms of service. If
you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the
website.
We encourage you to review these terms of service periodically for any
updates or changes. Your continued use of the "Suit me up" website following
the posting of any changes to these terms of service constitutes acceptance
of those changes.
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the

If any provision of these terms of service is held by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision shall be changed and
interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original
provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions
of these terms of service shall remain in full force and effect.
